The Search for the Truth Leads Through the Divine

Many have pondered about the meaning of life. What is the meaning of life? This is the age old question that we all struggle with at different stages in our time on Earth.

Some think that the meaning is to learn, some to do righteous deeds, others to heal.

Some unfortunately think the meaning of life is found in how far you advance in a career or how much money you make and things you own.

What I have found in my meditations with the Creator is that the meaning of life is to search for the truth about our existence, to learn while we are on this great search, and to advance our souls through the joys and trial that we encounter in life. In short; the meaning of life is to seek God.

SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR EXISTANCE

What does this mean? Simply put, it means that you must strive to understand the very reason you are here on Earth, why you are born to the parents you have, in the social status you have, with the disadvantages and advantages that you have. Because understanding why you are here and have been dealt the cards you have, will ultimately reveal the goal that you are trying to achieve in the advancement of your soul.

Yes, Yes, you are trying to advance your soul. Even if you are not consciously aware of this, it's happening right now.

You see, God created you. Why? Because He is pure Love. Love is a creative force. When He created you, He made you a part of Himself. You are a part of God, but you are not specifically THE God, the Supreme Being.
And because you are only a piece of Him, you cannot fully understand all that really makes up the essence of what Supreme God is. He is not a person or a thing. He is a level of consciousness, a vibration higher than anything we can experience as we are made. Your soul WANTS to know. Your soul longs to be closer to your Creator.

Just as a baby cries for it's Mother, you are crying for the comfort of your God.
Just as a baby will reach out to a Mother; you are doing so.
Just as a child will work hard to please it's parents and feel their affection; you are doing so.

Your soul is advancing out of love for it's Creator.

This is why you are searching.

ADVANCING YOUR SOUL

We advance our souls continually. Learning does not stop, even when we shed mortal form and go into the Light. We still are learning.

You know how we learn here on Earth? It's through experiences! Things that we experience are profound: death, love, joy, pain, anger, hatred, happiness, sadness, satisfaction....the list can go on for days. How can you experience these things without a world to experience in? You can still learn without a body, but the depth of the experience is not as profound, and the learning is not as satisfying.

The world has the perfect stage for you to experience all these things! Mostly because God created it that way!
It's His "little school for the soul."
Before you came to Earth, your soul decided what it would like to learn. Then when you were born into the physical, everything was already set into place by God and His Angels. This is the path! You chose it!
You may ask...why would anyone chose to be hurt or deformed, or go to jail or be a drug addict?
Well, the answer to that lies within the soul that is experiencing that life. Their soul knows exactly why they chose it. It's the lesson that they knew they would need to learn to advance.

It's difficult to go through all the trials that we do, let alone do it with grace and dignity. That's why we have Angels to help us. They are the quiet voices in our head, telling us not to give up; there is hope; there is always a way; you are loved.

When you are in the thick of things, and all is lost, that's when it's almost impossible to think that this was something we chose to do. But if you think about it now, you might be able to see that it gives new hope. It's a confirmation that we are not "doomed, bad seeds, rejected by God, cursed, marked for failure" because these trials were designed to make us become advanced.

There is beauty, even in these trials. Learning, Growth,  and Advancement, with the goal of experiencing a greater amount of God's love, is the ultimate beauty.

What does "Lead Me in My Truth" mean?

God Be With You.

The name of this blog was inspired by Pslam 25. It is a prayer for Guidance, Pardon and Protection that I make a daily part of my life. I have EDITED the psalm with words that speak to me, and removed parts that I don't resonate with. The edited parts are stuck through and my replacement words are in italics.

I love The Bible and read it often, however, I do not make fear part of my life, and do not pray that I should fear the Creator.

Would you pray that you should fear your own Mother and Father? When I pray, I pray with Love and not fear.

 Below is the Psalm.

Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
  O my God, I trust in thee:

let me not be ashamed,
let not mine enemies triumph over me.
Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed:

let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
4  Show me thy ways, O LORD;

teach me thy paths.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:

for thou art the God of my salvation;
on thee do I wait all the day.
6  Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy loving-kindnesses;

for they have been ever of old.
  Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions:

according to thy mercy remember thou me
for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
Good and upright is the LORD:

therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
The meek will he guide in judgment:

and the meek will he teach his way.
All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth

unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
For thy name's sake, O LORD,

pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
  (removed portion here about fear of the LORD- because I have no fear of my Creator)
  His soul shall dwell at ease;

and his seed shall inherit the earth.
  The secret of the LORD is with them that fear hear him;

and he will show them his covenant.
  Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD;

for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
  Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me;

for I am desolate and afflicted. I AM in need of your GRACE.
  The troubles of my heart are enlarged:

O bring thou me out of my distresses.
  Look upon mine affliction and my pain;

and forgive all my sins.
Consider mine enemies; for they are many;

and they hate me with cruel hatred. make me many obstacles
  O keep my soul, and deliver me:

let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
  Let integrity and uprightness preserve me;

for I wait on thee.
  Redeem Israel all of your people, O God,

out of all their troubles. Amen
